Absolute Beginners
The perfect class for the total beginner!
This class covers the bare-bone essentials to a strong foundation. You'll learn basic picking and strumming techniques and a handful of chords.
You'll gently gain comfort & confidence while playing along with artists like U2, Bob Dylan, Nirvana, Bruce Springsteen and more!
Cement those beginner skills!
The second class continues with additional chords, more interesting rhythm patterns, basic lead guitar moves, and more cool songs.
You'll improve your skills while learning Clapton's lead lines, iconic rock riffs, the only strumming pattern you'll ever need, bass-note strumming and more!
Intermediate Beginners
Keep building those skills!
In this class, you'll take the foundation you've established, and take it a few steps further. You'll learn 2 and 3 string barres, multidimensional strumming, bass lines, the blues shuffle, and more!
Like all of our other classes, you'll learn all of these things in the context of awesome rock songs by the Beatles, Jimi Hendrix, Elvis and more!
A little of this, a little of that!
This class is a sort of sampling of different techniques involved in several different genres. You'll pick up techniques from punk, blues, funk, reggae and more.
You'll learn Bob Marley riffs, classic CCR songs, and one of the most iconic rock riffs ever written. You'll even learn to be your own drummer!
Advanced Beginners
A gentle introduction to barre chords
The barre chord is often the last obstacle between a beginner guitarist and an intermediate guitarist. This course will gently remove the barrier, encouraging constant, steady progress while learning even more great songs.

In the last of the beginner series, you'll learn additional barre shapes and chord types and begin putting all of your beginner skills to the test. You'll learn to play major, minor, and dominant 7th shapes, each of which has a unique sound and vibe.
